The wave becomes sound when the observer is ready.
These compositions existed long before the technology to realise them. The first was written in 2016. The Field Notes series — the fiction that preceded the research — said that human-AI collaboration was coming. It was not a prediction. It was a field note. What you hear now is not generated — it is remembered into form.
